Overview
Join the Titan Machinery team as a Sales Administration professional where you’ll assist in customer service and efficient operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with procurement, pricing, and inventory optimization.
Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Aid the sales team in valuing trade-ins, configuring inventory, and optimizing business operations for efficiency
- Customer Engagement: Assist sales efforts by working with the sales team on sales processes, customer relationships, and maximizing marketing initiatives
- Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone

Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
