Job Summary

Titan Echelon is seeking a sensor operator to join our Flight operations team. This individual is responsible for the operation of the MX-15 during all phases of ground and flight operations. The Sensor Operator will assist the PIC and Mission Commander with planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing all sorties. This is a non-deployable, full-time position. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must operate payload as required to achieve desired mission impacts.
  • Perform payload operator support for planning, operational, and post-operational phases.
  • Perform real-time remote operation of payload systems to support mission requirements.
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of the mission system; work in close coordination with platform operators, leveraging expertise to optimize results.
  • Must maintain a broad and up-to-date situational awareness of current mission operations; quickly gain an understanding of current mission target environments and associated dynamics, and be familiar with operational methods and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid US passport
  • Secret security clearance.
  • Must possess current FAA Medical Certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
  • 4+ years of operational experience.
  • Ability to professionally interface with numerous levels of management, customers, and peers.
  • The ability to work extended hours and/or shift work.
  • The ability to work as a team to accomplish mission requirements.
