Lead Change in the Nation’s Capital.
As a Canvass Director, you will lead from the front, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing office that drives real change for the nonprofits we represent.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to own results, grow people, and create lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and drive campaign success
- Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers
- Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture
- Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week)
- Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties
Who We’re Looking For
- Completed Trainer Training
- Completed Team Leader (TL) Training
- Passionate leader who leads by example
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Driven, accountable, and mission-focused
Location Requirement
Must either live in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.
