About this role

Job Summary:

The Fire Licensing & Scheduling Associate will support the fire life safety division by managing company and individual licensure applications, changes & renewals. This role will also assist with scheduling business services for multiple fire life safety customers and supporting a variety of administrative projects for the company.

  • None

 

 Essential Job Functions: 

  • Responsible for researching and executing applications, changes and renewals for company and individual licenses required to perform work in the fire life safety industry.
  • Assist with scheduling business services for multiple fire life safety customers.
  • Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, customers both inside and outside of the company.
  • Interface with vendors and various internal teams.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years’ experience with demonstrated success at executing administrative practices at a high level.
  • Self-starter who is dependable and looking to grow their skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions, complete work accurately and timely.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage your day by working independently and as a team. 
  • Strong working knowledge of office equipment & systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
