What You’ll Do

  • Assist with packing, loading, and unloading personal property from homes and businesses

  • Transport contents safely to and from the warehouse

  • Clean, restore, and organize items damaged by water, fire, or mold

  • Support field teams during move-outs and pack-backs

  • Document inventory using company systems and ensure accurate records

  • Safely handle delicate or high-value items with care

  • Help maintain organization and flow of the contents warehouse

  • Collaborate with coordinators and project managers to meet client timelines

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of experience in contents handling, moving, restoration, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on work daily

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and training team members
