About the Role

As our HR & Office Administrator, you'll be the face of the office and a key support to our People & Culture function. You'll help deliver a positive employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and engagement initiatives, while also ensuring our office operates smoothly and professionally. This is a highly varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, loves being organised and takes pride in providing exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview coordination, candidate communications and pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems and documentation.
  • Assist with probation reviews, training administration, HR reporting and employee communications.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office administration.
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities, maintenance requests and vendor relationships.
  • Organise meetings, catering, travel arrangements and company events.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and expense claims.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, office facilities and communal areas to ensure a professional and welcoming workplace.
