At The SpOT Clinic, you will help children build skills for life, and we are offering a sign-on bonus to make the transition a little easier.
New grads welcome! You will get real support as you get started: mentorship from experienced pediatric PTs, guidance through your early caseload that builds as you are ready, and a team that wants you to succeed, not just survive your first year.
Compensation & Bonuses
- $38+ (DOE), paid hourly for time worked, not billable units
- Sign-on bonus for this location
- Salary + Bonus Structure options after 90 days of employment

Qualifications
- Licensed PT in Alabama (or in the process of obtaining)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric PT
- Passion for working with kids and making a real impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
