Job DetailsJob Location: The Old Globe CA - San Diego, CA 92101Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 HourlyThe Old Globe seeks a general maintenance technician with a background in building maintenance, to work for this award-winning, acclaimed regional theatre located in beautiful Balboa Park. Knowledge and experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC maintenance strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Performing preventative maintenance
Responding to work requests
Event set-up and take-down
Appliance maintenance and repair
Plumbing repair
Preventive maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, including monitoring boiler and HVAC units
Electrical work, including replacing and installing electrical components and equipment
A proactive, self-starting approach is strongly preferred.

Schedule and RequirementsSchedule and Requirements:
Must be available to work regular schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, afternoons through late evening hours. Pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. Must be able to pass a background check and have valid California Driver’s License, and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
