We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) in the Denver, CO area to support workers’ compensation cases on a flexible 1099 independent contractor basis.
Compensation: $50–$65/hour

Position Overview
As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you will coordinate medical care for injured workers and serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, employers, insurance carriers, adjusters, and attorneys.
You will monitor treatment, assess progress, coordinate services, and help support safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate with providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Complete timely and detailed case management reports
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Assist with return-to-work and transitional duty planning
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Denver and surrounding areas
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
- CCM, CRRN, or related certification preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
