Core Tasks of the Occupational Therapist

Provide Occupational Therapy mentorship while servicing students with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities while working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality treatment, documentation, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • State Board of Occupational Therapy License

  • Hold National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy if eligible

  • One year of progressive experience as an OT

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays (Preferred)

  • Experience working in a school setting (Preferred)

  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance

  • Act 34 State Criminal History Clearance 

  • Act 114 FBI Clearance 

  • Act 168 Clearance

  • Mandated Reporter Training 

  • CPR/First Aid

  • Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Certification

  • Adult with Disabilities Mandated Reporter Certification
