What You’ll Do
Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success
Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
Support hiring, training, and developing team members
Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front
Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture
Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred
Someone who brings energy, positivity, and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A team player who can multitask and stay cool under pressure
