Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day leasing/sales goals onsite
- Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person
- Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale
- Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/traits:
- Professional appearance and a winning personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Eager to work competitively on a team
- Strong organizational skills and a proven sales track record
- Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week
- At least 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience
