About this role
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a major finishing project in Ras El Hekma, North Coast.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in finishing and fit-out works, with strong site supervision and execution capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finishing and fit-out works.
Strong experience in site supervision and execution of finishing activities.
Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other project teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site.
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other project teams.
Follow up on manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project progress.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
