About this role
◼️ Coordinate and follow up on project activities from initiation through completion.
◼️ Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
◼️ Coordinate with different departments and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time.
◼️ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
◼️ Follow up on deadlines, milestones, and project deliverables.
◼️ Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
◼️ Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
◼️ Identify potential delays, issues, or risks and escalate them when necessary.
◼️ Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related issues and ensuring smooth workflow.
◼️ Organize and attend project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action points.
◼️ Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
◼️ Track project-related expenses, resources, and requirements when needed.
◼️ Prepare regular progress reports and presentations.
◼️ Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and requirement
◼️ 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a related field.
◼️ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
◼️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
◼️ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
◼️ Excellent attention to detail.
◼️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
◼️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
◼️ Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
◼️ Fluent English is preferred.
◼️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
