Talent 360 is hiring a Junior Biomedical Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.
This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer who is interested in medical devices, laboratory equipment, and hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance.
About the Role
As a Junior Biomedical Engineer, you will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of PCR systems and other laboratory equipment. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for PCR systems and other laboratory devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic components, boards, and circuits.
- Support the installation, calibration, and testing of laboratory and medical equipment.
- Assist in identifying technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of medical equipment.
- Follow established safety procedures and technical standards during maintenance and repair activities.
- Support continuous improvement of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Basic hands-on experience with PCR systems and electronic boards.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong interest in medical devices, laboratory equipment, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a technical team.
