Talent 360 is hiring a Fashion Designer to join our team.
This is a full-time opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong passion for clothing and fashion. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clothing design experience and a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and commercial product development.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing clothing concepts from initial research and sketches through sample development, while collaborating with product development and production teams to create commercially relevant collections.
Key Responsibilities- Develop clothing concepts for seasonal and ongoing collections.
- Research fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, fabrics, and market directions.
- Create sketches, mood boards, colorways, and design presentations.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, finishes, colors, and design details.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams throughout the development process.
- Review samples and prototypes and provide design feedback and revisions when needed.
- Ensure designs align with the brand’s aesthetic, target customer, and commercial objectives.
- Maintain organized design files, references, and presentations.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Applied Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in clothing or fashion design.
- Previous clothing design experience is required.
- Proficiency in design tools is a must (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design software).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Commercial mindset with a strong interest in fashion and clothing.
