About the RoleAs an Electrical Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all designs meet safety and regulatory standards. You'll work closely with mechanical, software, and project management teams to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical solutions from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components based on project requirements
- Conduct simulations, calculations, and testing to validate design performance and safety
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across systems, equipment, or installations
- Prepare technical documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project management teams on integrated system designs
- Support procurement and evaluation of electrical components, equipment, and vendors
- Oversee or support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of electrical systems
- Stay current with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, or related technical roles
- Proficiency in design/simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local equivalents)
- Hands-on experience with circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or license (e.g., PE, IEEE certifications, or local equivalents)
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, or industrial control/automation systems
- Background in power distribution, embedded systems, or industrial equipment
- Familiarity with project management processes and vendor coordination
