Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident care team.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Overnight Shift: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
As an LPN at Shelby Gardens, you will help ensure our residents receive attentive, high-quality care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support direct-care team members
- Respond to resident needs with patience, professionalism, and compassion
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification preferred
- Senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults
