Line Cook – Broiler, Salad, and Gyro Stations

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items at the broiler, salad, and gyro stations according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Follow food quality, safety, and sanitation procedures consistently
- Ensure uniform standards are met, with a focus on consistency and presentation
- Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Take constructive feedback positively and implement improvements
- Learn and assist at all stations as needed to support team flexibility and coverage
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working at broiler, salad, and gyro stations or similar culinary roles
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
