General Manager – Flagship Restaurant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our flagship restaurant location. This is an exciting opportunity for a trustworthy and honest leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both front and back of house operations, ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and service standards, while also driving business growth and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in both front and back of house
- Achieve and maintain food cost and labor goals on a monthly basis
- Develop, mentor, and lead staff to enhance performance and professional growth
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Manage catering operations and execute catering needs effectively
- Hold staff accountable and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
- Create and implement action plans to address operational challenges and opportunities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues
- Assess situations objectively, develop strategic solutions, and ensure follow-through
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with company values
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial targets

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
