Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the dish room, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
• Keep the cooks' line stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Monitor and refill chemicals, test stations, and sanitizer buckets every 4 hours
• Communicate effectively with the manager in charge regarding kitchen needs and issues
• Assist with food prep tasks when dishwashing duties are completed
• Mop floors throughout the day to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Perform deep cleaning projects as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
• Help with putting away food and produce orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality
• Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements without taking it personally

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
