Job Overview:
We are seeking full-time, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality cleaning services that help our customers maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable home. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment.
Hours and Pay:
- Full-time, Monday - Friday. No Nights, No Weekends
- Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM daily. Could be later or earlier depending on staffing needs
- Weekly pay, between $550 - $700 based on 35-40 hours per week. Taxes will be deducted.
- Customers are encouraged to tip!
- Weekly bonuses based on cleaning quality
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks for our customers using our Detail-Clean-Rotation-System to ensure consistent quality (2 weeks of training are required)
- Work efficiently as part of a cleaning team
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and coworkers
- Use company-provided equipment and supplies safely
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a car and have car insurance (you will drive your own car and take turns with your partner every other day)
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 15 pounds).
- Ability to kneel, bend, and work on hands and knees when hand-wiping baseboards and bathroom floors.
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!
- A willingness to learn -- everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
