Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (CCBHC)

Position Summary

The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW) provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families within a trauma-informed, person-centered CCBHC setting.

Clinicians provide assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary providers and community partners.

This role offers experience working with a broad range of clinical presentations including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and complex psychosocial stressors.

Essential Responsibilities

· Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments

· Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches

· Develop person-centered treatment plans and monitor client progress

· Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning services

· Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, schools, ACS, hospitals, primary care providers, and community agencies to coordinate care

· Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning meetings

· Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation within the EHR system

· Meet program quality, productivity, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

· Active New York State LCSW license

· Experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment services

· Strong assessment, diagnostic, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention skills

· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care

· Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, or other community languages)

· Experience in community mental health, integrated care, or CCBHC settings

· Experience working with children, families, or justice-involved populations

· Familiarity with telehealth and hybrid service delivery

Schedule

· Tuesday–Saturday, Hybrid schedule available

· Two evening shifts per week may be required
