WHO WE NEED

You will be assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities in addition to working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment. You will be performing routine custodian duties such as:

Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal

Painting and pressure washing

The position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round

The successful candidate sincerely enjoys creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers. They always can anticipate a customer’s needs and present a professional appearance and demeanor.

You are the most sought-after customer service expert in town!

Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills AND excel while working independently

Prior mechanical or painting experience is a preferred

Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations a plus

Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers

Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1 year in janitorial & maintenance work

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
