$1,500 at 3 Months!

The Research Lab Technician is an entry-level laboratory support professional responsible for routine testing, sample management, material organization, and laboratory operations support. The role follows established procedures and standard work practices to safely complete testing, data collection, inventory management, and laboratory preparation activities that support research, development, and manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory testing and sample preparation following approved SOPs and JSAs.
  • Organize, label, and store raw materials, factory trial samples, and externally sourced materials.
  • Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and consumables.
  • Prepare requisitions for materials and services.
  • Use instruments and test equipment to make simple quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Operate laboratory mixing and extrusion equipment under supervision.
  • Enter test results accurately.
  • Maintain equipment logs and calibration records.
  • Assemble and dismantle experimental equipment safely.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work safely in laboratory and manufacturing environments.

  • Equipment records are maintained accurately.
  • Reliable communication and reporting.

 

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $XX to $XX. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
