JOB SUMMARY

The E‑commerce Manager owns the online store’s commercial performance. This role is accountable for revenue, conversion rate, customer experience, and the day‑to‑day running and optimisation of e‑commerce platforms. The successful candidate will be the organisation’s e-commerce expert. They will proactively identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and lead the e-commerce function. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·       2–3 years of experience in an E-commerce role, preferably in transport, travel or leisure sectors.

·       Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

·       Proficiency with Excel and data tools

·       Strong commercial and analytical mindset

·       Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, CRM, SEO)

·       Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms and CMS tools

·       Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience



Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Own and grow online revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention

·       Manage the e‑commerce platforms (Web, APP and Digital Kiosks)

·       Optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey (UX, navigation, checkout, payment, delivery)

·       Lead onsite trading activities: promotions, merchandising, pricing, offers

·       Analyse performance using tools such as GA4, heatmaps, and funnel analysis

·       Work closely with Marketing on traffic acquisition and campaign execution

·       Coordinate with Product, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience to ensure smooth fulfilment

·       Manage third‑party agencies (CRO, UX, development)

·       Manage multi-acquirer relationships and evaluate Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to negotiate competitive transaction fee structures
