Reporting to the Manager of Recruiting, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate and professional.

The HR Support Specialist position aids all Terros Health employees. This role provides administrative support to HR Post Employment Team functions as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. HRSS position requires an outgoing, detail-oriented and customer service focused individual. Strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information and collaborate is essential. This position must work effectively and relate well with others including employees, managers, leadership team and customers of Terros Health.

We are seeking a dynamic HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team!

Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt

Monday - Friday/ 40 hours per week

Day Shift

1 year administrative office experience required

Duties Includes

• Coordinate initial new hire onboarding, including the completion of new hire paperwork, follow up with candidates, and assistance with New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in Paycom in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for detailed employee information and importing all data and documents for new hires into Paycom and employee files.
• Coordinates with other departments regarding onboarding and documentation requirements for all licensure and accreditation requirements including licensure renewals and reimbursement requests and ensures HR records meet the requirements.
• Assists with credentialing and privileged processes for appropriate staff

• Processing of monthly MVR reports
• Management of internship assignments, account access and tracking
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience working in a fast-paced office environment .

Associates or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management or Human Resources is preferred.
• Required: Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, attention to detail, time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and interact with other departments and leaders.
• Proficiency using the MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel and an HRIS system (Preferably Paycom).
• Must be able to pass all background and onboarding requirements, including a TB test and typing test.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
