Compensation $20-24 hourly and eligible for up to 10% bonus annually.
Position Summary
Assist the Reno office team with all daily administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Receive/open/distribute daily mail.
- Maintain accurate vendor files for Accounts Payable and Purchasing and Procurement.
- Maintaining appropriate office supply stock and order necessary office supplies as needed.
- Scan and file accounting reports and documents monthly.
- Distribute various monthly reporting.
- Annually box up files for storage and create files.
- Planning of celebrations and outings several times per year.

Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet software. General knowledge of office protocol and procedures, and typing skills.
Skills/Competencies
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Driving Required: Ability to drive vehicles on Company business and meet Company’s established Driving Criteria, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

The posted compensation is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Nevada. This salary range may also be modified in the future, depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
