What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on the daily realities and operational challenges faced by professionals in primary and secondary education. The goal of this research is to better understand the current landscape of school administration and staff workflows. Your feedback directly informs how educational support systems and administrative resources are structured for the future.

How It Works

In this short, asynchronous survey, you will review several questions regarding your current role and responsibilities. You will be asked to reflect on the most common administrative hurdles you face during a typical school week. Participants will type out their responses and provide multiple-choice feedback on various operational scenarios. The entire task can be completed on your computer or mobile device at your own pace.

Who This Is For

We are looking for active professionals working in K12 educational environments. We welcome principals, vice principals, district administrators, and general school staff members. Candidates should have direct experience navigating the day-to-day operations of a primary or secondary school setting.

What You'll Do

  • Answer multiple-choice and short-answer questions about your professional routine.

  • Describe the most common operational challenges in your school district.

  • Reflect on your experiences managing or supporting K12 educational environments.
