What We're Researching
We're evaluating the daily workflows of frontline insurance professionals to identify common friction points and system inefficiencies. By understanding how claims and underwriting tasks are handled in real time, we can better assess the tools driving this industry. Your input will help us map the operational reality of processing and evaluating risk.
How It Works
You will join a 60-minute remote video call to discuss your standard operational procedures. During the session, you will screen-share your primary workspace and walk us through a typical day of managing claims or underwriting policies. We will ask you to demonstrate how you navigate your core systems, handle exceptions, and finalize decisions. The conversation is entirely guided, requiring no preparation in advance.
Who This Is For
We are hiring experienced frontline insurance professionals who actively manage caseloads or evaluate policies. We welcome claims adjusters, frontline underwriters, and senior risk evaluators who spend most of their day in core insurance platforms. Candidates must be comfortable demonstrating their typical workflow while maintaining appropriate privacy standards.
