What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the operational workflows and internal dynamics of large healthcare enterprises. Our goal is to understand how different business units collaborate and manage their daily responsibilities. This feedback directly informs our perspective on modern healthcare administration and corporate structure.
How It Works
You will join a remote, AI-moderated interview to discuss your current role and daily activities. We will ask you to walk through your typical tasks, team structures, and the tools you use most frequently. You will also react to specific scenarios related to cross-departmental collaboration and workflow efficiency. The entire conversation takes place via a standard voice and video call.
Who This Is For
We are looking for active professionals working within the CVS Health enterprise. We welcome current staff from Aetna, CVS Caremark, CVS Health Corporate, and CVS Health Services. Candidates should be comfortable discussing their day-to-day administrative or operational routines.
