Benefits Decision-Makers: Feedback on Health and Pharmacy Plans
About this role
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the purchasing dynamics behind corporate health and pharmacy benefit plans. The goal is to map how large organizations structure their benefits packages to balance employee needs with cost controls. Your insights will help us understand the major pain points and decision drivers in the current health insurance market.
How It Works
You will participate in a remote video interview to discuss your company's benefits strategy. We will ask you to walk through a recent plan renewal or vendor selection process, highlighting what went well and what proved challenging. You will also review a set of hypothetical plan structures and provide feedback on their appeal. The conversation will focus heavily on how you evaluate pharmacy benefit managers and broader health networks.
Who This Is For
We are looking for HR leaders and benefits directors at mid-market to enterprise companies. You should have direct involvement in selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans for your organization. We welcome VP of Total Rewards, Directors of Benefits, and Senior HR Business Partners who handle vendor negotiations.
