Location: Bellevue Branch
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM Friday: 8:15 AM - 6:15 PM
Starting Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 (Depending on Experience)

TENCU is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Teller Supervisor to lead daily teller operations at our Bellevue Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong member relationships, and helping a team succeed. As a Teller Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting branch growth through leadership, referrals, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
- Supervise daily teller line operations and support the development of branch staff.
- Coach team members to deliver outstanding member service and achieve branch goals.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Monitor branch transactions, balancing activities, corrections, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit to maintain operational integrity.
- Communicate branch goals, performance expectations, and organizational initiatives to staff.
- Assist with operational reporting, documentation, and workflow improvements.
- Support community engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives.
- Help maintain branch facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a professional environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support branch and organizational success.
Please note: Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- One year of management or supervisory experience required, plus some college coursework; OR
- Three years of financial institution experience with at least two years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial institution operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Ability to travel to TENCU's Main Branch and other locations as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the branch for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for prolonged periods.
- Ability to operate a credit union vehicle when necessary.
