We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

What You'll Do

At Telepatía, we are looking for a Country Launcher for Chile to lead the market entry and early scaling of the country during al phase of expansion. This role is responsible for building the foundation of the business in Chile, transitioning from early traction to a structured, scalable growth model, with strong focus on revenue quality, strategic account development, and disciplined execution of the 2026 country plan.

• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy focused on rapid revenue generation and early market penetration.

• Establish Telepatía’s first lighthouse customers in Chile (top hospitals, health systems, and clinical networks).

• Drive predictable and high-quality revenue growth from day one.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture-backed startups, business development, or high-growth technology companies.

• Ideally proven track record of launching new markets, building businesses from zero to one, or owning ambitious commercial targets.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to operate hands-on and solve problems independently.

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute with speed.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Based in Santiago or willing to relocate.
