About this role

TechOp Solutions International is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to develop analytical approaches for complex issues and transform data into clear, decision-ready insights. This role will organize, analyze, visualize, and explain information through dashboards, spreadsheets, tables, graphics, presentations, and written products that enable leaders to compare alternatives and make timely, evidence-informed decisions.

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches to evaluate complex operational, strategic, organizational, and healthcare-related issues.
  • Collect, organize, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources while documenting assumptions, limitations, and data quality concerns.
  • Present findings in the context of alternatives, risks, tradeoffs, and recommended courses of action.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphics, metrics, and recurring reports that improve leadership visibility and decision speed.
  • Coordinate executive forums, develop agendas and read-ahead materials, document key decisions, and track action items through completion.
  • Provide administrative, formatting, and editorial support for Government-developed strategic communications, campaign materials, capability roadmaps, and operational-plan assessments.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in industrial engineering, analytics, statistics, database management, computer science, programming, or other analytical or programming highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, data visualization, dashboard development, and executive presentation of findings.
  • Ability to explain technical or quantitative information clearly to nontechnical and senior-leadership audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, documentation, collaboration, and written communication skills
  • Federal healthcare programs Experience is highly desired
  • Active Security Clerance- Must meet security eligibility requirements.

The pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000 annually.
