4. Melakukan analisa atas industry trend, consumer behaviour, dan marketing strategy
5. Melakukan financial analysis atas kompetitor, industry, nasional, dan global
1. Memiliki pemahaman mengenai ISO 9001 Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) dan ISO 27001 Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi (SMKI)
2. Mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer dasar seperti ms word, ms excel, dan power point
3. Mengoperasikan aplikasi terkait system simas jiwa seperti Lions, report manager, siji force, dsb
4. Memiliki atau membangun network dengan seluruh pihak terutama terkait dengan industri asuransi
5. Administrasi dan dokumentasi
6. Memahami dasar-dasar asuransi dan statistic knowledge
