About this role
The GMO Operation Senior Specialist at Techconnect.id will play a vital role in managing critical projects within the mining sector. You will be responsible for supporting the mining business unit by identifying, monitoring, and addressing potential issues that may arise during project execution to ensure smooth operations, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks annually. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of site development plans and contribute to developing and executing data strategies aligned with mining site objectives. This role requires effective project management skills, strategic communication between business units and stakeholders, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mining, Commercial, or Statistics.
- Proven expertise in project and strategy management within the mining industry.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, including data interpretation.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
