What You'll Do:
Analyze and interpret risk reports and financial models like Value at Risk (VaR), CashFlow at Risk, and Mark to Market.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and counterparty news, providing timely insights.
Develop and refine risk limit structures that align with TEA and client risk tolerances.
Work closely with compliance teams to mitigate regulatory risk and improve control frameworks.
Identify and implement improvements to TEA’s risk assessment processes.
Collaborate across teams to ensure TEA and its clients are protected in the wholesale energy markets.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (MBA is a plus!).
1-3 years of experience in market risk, financial analysis, or energy trading.
Strong understanding of risk models, financial reporting, and exposure management.
Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
