Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement across the project site.
- Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock registers, and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of inventory.
- Monitor storage conditions to ensure safe handling and preservation of materials.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, pilferage, damage, and excess stock.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and site personnel for material receipt and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and safety requirements.
- Generate regular inventory and material consumption reports for management review.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises.
- Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.
