Description
- Lead CEQA compliance strategy development and execution.
- Prepare EIRs for large, complex projects.
- Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.
- Manage scopes of work, budgets, and schedules across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of CEQA document preparation experience.
- Experience developing and executing CEQA compliance strategy on complex or contested projects.
- Demonstrated leadership managing project teams and client relationships.
- Comfortable partnering with senior firm leadership on strategic matters.
- Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Effective and polished communicator, comfortable in public meetings, hearings, and executive settings.
- Strong organizational skills.
