Position: CNC Operator

Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Full‑time

Overview: The CNC Operator runs CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills/lathes according to daily production schedule
  • Load raw materials, run programs, and monitor machine performance
  • Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and adjustments
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Document production data and report deviations
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ year CNC machine operation experience (or technical school equivalent)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • Basic understanding of G‑code and machining processes
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak controls
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance
