Position: CNC Operator
Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Full‑time
Overview: The CNC Operator runs CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills/lathes according to daily production schedule
- Load raw materials, run programs, and monitor machine performance
- Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Document production data and report deviations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ year CNC machine operation experience (or technical school equivalent)
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Basic understanding of G‑code and machining processes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak controls
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance
