About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Tandem, you'll be instrumental in shaping our user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our brilliant Product & Engineering team, and company leadership to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences. The interfaces you design will be the future of how both clinicians and patients interact with the healthcare system.

We’re a fast-moving team, so this role is a great fit if you thrive in ambiguity, can make progress with imperfect information, and is energized by rapid iteration. We work in short cycles: ship, learn, improve. Perfection isn’t the goal - momentum and learning are.

What You will Do

  • Lead end-to-end design work - from research and ideation to execution

  • Conduct user interviews and distill insights into actionable product decisions

  • Partner with engineering to ensure design aligns with technical constraints

  • Share early work regularly (from sketches to prototypes) to gather feedback

  • Collaborate across teams to inform design and product direction

  • Contribute to product strategy while delivering polished interaction and visual design


What You Bring

  • Proven experience designing digital products with a strong user-centered focus

  • Strong visual design skills and a compelling UX/UI portfolio

  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems

  • Experience leading user research and usability testing

  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing diverse feedback

  • Ability to think strategically while sweating the design details

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving problem spaces

Bonus Points

  • Experience in early-stage startups

  • Experience with software engineering & building functioning prototypes

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.
