Tailwind Concessions is looking for enthusiastic Cashiers to join our team! As a Cashier, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for travelers by providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and keeping our operation running smoothly.

☕ WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Cashier, you’ll help create the friendly, inviting atmosphere our guests expect while ensuring every transaction and interaction is handled with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash and electronic transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to help guests find what they’re looking for.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and maintaining supplies.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Be willing to learn and cross-train in different areas of the operation.

• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
• Experienced in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Willing and able to learn new skills and cross-train.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Team players who take pride in creating a great guest experience.

Previous cashier, food service, coffee, or customer service experience is a plus!

🛫 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Because we operate in an airport environment:

• Must be able to successfully pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport badge.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
