About this role
Annahme von schriftlichen und telefonischen Aufträgen zur Abholung von Laborproben. Informieren der Fahrer, Überwachung der noch offenen Anfahrten, Koordinieren von Sonderaufträgen mit Hilfe von Fahrdienstleitern in der entsprechenden Region. Aufnahme von Reklamationen und Weiterleitung zur Bearbeitung.
