An established and growing independent orthopedic group in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon to join its expanding physician team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon who wants more than simply stepping into another employed position. The practice is entering an exciting period of growth, expanding its physician team and investing significantly in the future of the organization, including plans for a new ambulatory surgery center (ASC).
The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to build and grow an elective joint replacement practice within an established orthopedic organization with a strong patient base, integrated ancillary services, and growing demand throughout the Nashville market.

Clinical Responsibilities
The incoming surgeon will:
- Build and develop an elective Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement practice
- Perform primary total hip and knee replacement procedures
- Perform anterior approach total hip replacement
- Evaluate and manage complex hip and knee conditions
- Perform revision joint replacement procedures
- Collaborate with an established orthopedic surgical team
- Utilize integrated physical therapy and imaging services
- Develop relationships with patients and referring physicians throughout the Nashville area
Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction, Hip & Knee, or Joint Replacement
- Experience performing anterior approach hip replacement
- Comfortable performing primary and revision joint replacement procedures
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term orthopedic practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to the growth of an independent physician organization
