About the Role:
The Pool Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons at the aquatic facility. As a pool attendant, you will check in residents and verify their status with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to ensure compliance with community guidelines. You will address and defuse any resident disputes that may arise, fostering a harmonious environment for everyone. You will also ensure all HOA pool rules are followed, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents. Your efforts will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the pool while promoting a sense of community among neighbors. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (ARC) or current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate lifeguarding skills.
- 16+ years old minimum
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and patrons.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Check in residents and confirm resident status.
