We have a structured hands on training process . If you're comfortable with technology, enjoy helping people, and are eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage
  • Collect copays and process payments
  • Manage provider schedules and appointment calendars
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Scan, upload, and organize electronic documents
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
  • Support office operations and assist the team as needed

Computer Proficiency Is Required

This is a technology-driven office environment. You will spend much of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, documenting information, and managing patient records.

We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures. However, applicants should already be comfortable using computers throughout the day.

This position requires:

  • Working in multiple software programs at the same time
  • Navigating between screens quickly and accurately
  • Typing while speaking with patients
  • Learning new technology and processes
  • Managing electronic records and patient information
  • Scanning, uploading, and attaching documents
  • Using Outlook, email, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Entering information accurately and efficiently
  • Basic troubleshooting of common software and computer issues

Experience

  • Medical office experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, administrative support, call center, or similar roles is highly valued
  • Experience working with computers throughout the day is strongly preferred
