Job DetailsJob Location: Jackson, WI 53037Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: GraveyardSUMMARY: The EMBA Stacker is responsible for knowing how to perform all the specific job duties associated with the stacking the sheets off the Corrugator and helping the Corrugator operators with setup, operation, and cleanup.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all duties associated with stacking the sheets off the Corrugator and helping the Corrugator operators with setup, operation, and cleanup.
Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for production runs
Stack product in accordance with production master
Ensure each unit has proper top and bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags
Monitor quality of boxes and report quality issues to Corrugator Operator or Supervisor immediately
Assist Corrugator crew as necessary
Be willing to move up the line of progression regardless of shift
Ensure correct bundle and unit counts
Report final count of piece unit to operator
Complete and necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner
Operate the unitizer on the Corrugator sheet line as needed
Operator corresponding Unitizer equipment, including accurate placement of bands and stretch-wrap in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Ensure proper placement of unit tags and cover sheets and correct stacking patterns
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and safely. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements
Accurate data entry is required for recording receipts and machine/product data into system
Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
Ability to use a utility knife
Ability to apply concepts of high school level math
Must be able to read and interpret job tickets and ask questions when in doubt
Ensure basic familiarity with SupplyOne’s Food Safety Management System

Understands SupplyOne Manufacturing Standards

Ability to work in a timely and productive manner, using problem solving techniques, and meet customer needs
Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check is required
