Founding Solutions Engineer
About this role
We are looking for a Founding Solutions Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to own end-to-end ERP integrations and customer implementations at Suppli, an AI-native A/R automation platform scaling fast toward $10M ARR. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of technical execution and customer leadership — ideal for someone with a technical background who loves solving real integration problems, not just managing tickets.
What will you be doing?
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and ERP integrations (kickoff through go-live), typically running ~60 days per implementation
Act as the technical liaison between customers and Suppli's 6-person integrations engineering team — translating customer needs into actionable specs
Triage and resolve integration support issues (SFTP, API, EDI, flat files) as they arise day-to-day
Handle data mapping between customer ERPs (Infor, Epicor, etc.) and Suppli's platform, using tools like Postman and RPA scripts
Build and refine repeatable implementation playbooks and documentation as the function scales
