Customer Experience Manager
About this role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, accounting, or investment banking to own the entire post-sale customer relationship at Suppli, a fast-growing fintech startup transforming accounts receivable for B2B distributors. This is a foundational hire where you'll build deep partnerships with CFOs and finance leaders, drive measurable ROI, and shape the customer experience function from the ground up.
What will you be doing?
Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end — from onboarding through renewal and expansion — building trusted relationships with economic buyers and day-to-day users
Track and define customer health metrics (adoption, engagement, financial outcomes) and use data to proactively intervene before issues arise
Lead renewals and surface expansion opportunities using customer data and relationship insights
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — synthesizing feedback into actionable product insights for engineering and founders
Build scalable playbooks, templates, and systems so CX gets better and more efficient as Suppli grows
Key Requirements
2+ years in management consulting, accounting, or investment banking with strong understanding of AP/AR workflows, cash flow forecasting, and financial operations
Data-driven mindset with a demonstrable track record of using metrics to drive decisions and tell compelling stories to finance-minded stakeholders
AI-native workflow — you actively use tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily and can walk through your existing workflows
High ownership mindset and sense of urgency — you thrive in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
Strong written and verbal communication that is precise, warm, and audience-aware
